Full Description:
  • Morning Pick up: We will begin picking up our participants from their hotels
  • 1st Stop: Giouktas We make our way to the Mount Giouktas where there is a breathtaking view of the blue infinity of the Aegean Sea. From this amazing view you’ll notice the point of Zeus head. It was his final resting place.
  • 2nd Stop: Vineyard As we continue our journey the road brings us through extensive vineyards where the Minoans built wine press which is the oldest one in the world.
  • 3rd Stop: Loukia While relaxing on the Mountain Village of Loukia, we will join the locals for coffee.
  • 4th Stop: Top Tripiti Gorge As we continue through dirt tracks, bumpy roads over the olive tree dotted hills we’ll arrive at our destination which is the top of Tripiti Gorge. You will experience a magnificent view over the Gorge with it’s different layers of rocks, Cretan wild herbs, and the Libyan Sea.
  • 5th Stop: Tripiti Gorge Driving down towards one of the most beautiful Gorges of Crete, we stop to give you the possibility to walk thru the Gorge. It’s 300 meters to the narrows place where you find the little church of Panagia.
  • 6th Stop: Panagia Tripiti The church of Panagia Tripiti refers to the Virgin Mary and “Tripiti” for it’s unique location in a natural rock cavity. The church was built in the rocks and it’s considered a place of pilgrimage.
  • 7th Stop: Tripiti Beach We drive down to Tripiti beach where we’ll have Lunch next to the beach with unlimited wine and water. Relax and enjoy 1 hour of swimming at Tripiti’s crystal clear blue waters.
  • 8th Stop: Traditional Village On our way back, we pass by some small traditional villages full of character and interest. We’ll stop for some refreshment and there you will get the chance to try our local drink Raki.
  • End of Tour: We’ll start getting back and we’ll drop off our participants back to their hotels
